1Who We Are

7S KOL Partner (referred to as "the Extension" or "we") is a Chrome browser extension designed to help KOL (Key Opinion Leader) marketing professionals efficiently analyze influencer data on social media platforms, manage Lark (Feishu) email communications, and improve content reply quality with the assistance of AI.

This Privacy Policy applies to all data processing activities that occur when you use the Extension. By installing or using the Extension, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

2Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to deliver the Extension's core features:

• Your real name, phone number, national ID, or other identity documents
• Your passwords or any login credentials
• Browsing history unrelated to the Extension's features
• Files, camera, or microphone access on your device
• Your precise geographic location

3How We Use Your Data

3.1 Influencer Data Analysis

When you visit a public influencer profile on a supported social media platform, the Extension automatically reads the publicly available engagement metrics (views, likes, comments, etc.) and calculates average-play and engagement rates displayed in the Extension panel. Upon user authorization, these results are uploaded and stored on our servers so you can review and compare data across devices.

3.2 Influencer Browsing History

The Extension records a list of influencer profiles you have visited along with their timestamps. Upon login authorization, this history is uploaded and stored on our servers and is accessible only to you after signing in — it is not visible to any other user. This allows you to track your browsing history across devices.

3.3 Lark Email Reading & Summarization

After you grant authorization, the Extension reads designated emails via the official Lark API and calls an AI service to generate concise summaries, which are displayed directly in the Extension panel. Email content is transmitted over an encrypted connection and is not persistently stored on our servers.

3.4 AI Reply Optimization

When you use the AI reply-optimization feature, the selected text or email excerpt is sent to our AI service provider via an encrypted channel to generate reply suggestions. We do not use this content to train AI models or for any other commercial purpose.

4Data Storage & Security

4.1 Server Storage

Upon user login and authorization, influencer data (including analysis results) and browsing history are stored on our servers. Our servers are hosted on a security-compliant cloud platform and are protected by access controls, encrypted storage, and identity authentication. All stored data is bound to your user account — only you can access it after signing in.

4.2 Transmission Security

All network communications with the Lark API and AI services are encrypted using HTTPS / TLS 1.2+.

4.3 Data Retention

• Influencer data & browsing history: Retained on our servers until you delete your account or submit a deletion request.
• Text sent to AI services: Not retained on our servers after the request is fulfilled.
• Lark email content: Processed in memory only; not persisted.

4.4 Security Measures

• Least privilege: We request only the Chrome permissions required to deliver core features.
• OAuth 2.0: Lark authorization uses the OAuth 2.0 standard; we never store your Lark password.
• Regular audits: We periodically review the Extension's permissions and data access scope.

You have the following rights regarding your data:

6.1 Access & Export

After signing in, you can view and export your influencer data and browsing history from the Extension's settings page.

6.2 Deletion

You can clear your browsing history at any time from the Extension's settings. Upon account deletion, all data associated with your account will be removed from our servers.

6.3 Revoke Lark Authorization

You may revoke Lark email-read permissions at any time by either:

• Clicking "Disconnect Lark" in the Extension's settings; or
• Going to your Lark admin console → Security Settings → Authorized Apps and revoking this Extension.

6.4 Disable AI Features

The AI reply-optimization feature is optional. You can turn it off at any time in the Extension's settings; once disabled, no text will be sent to the AI service.

7Children's Privacy

This Extension is intended for professional KOL marketing practitioners and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the Extension without parental consent, please contact us and we will take immediate action.

8Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes occur, we will notify you through an in-Extension notice or by updating the Chrome Web Store version notes. Your continued use of the Extension after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

Prior versions of this policy are available upon request.
